About the Builder
Neilcorp Homes has been building phenomenal custom homes for over 18 years. Neilcorp Homes owner Doug McIntosh comes from Almonte, Ontario, and began building custom homes in 1991. Though initially Doug built custom homes on individual lots, he wanted to integrate his custom homes building experience into building larger new home developments, communities and condominiums.
Robert Dick joined Doug as a partner at Neilcorp Homes in May of 2002, and the two moved into building unique new home developments in Almonte and in other areas near Ottawa. Since then, Neilcorp has built over 350 homes.
Neilcorp was officially incorporated in 1994, and has been registered with Tarion since that time, guaranteeing that their new and custom homes showcase superior quality and workmanship for every one of their clients.
As a home builder, Neilcorp is known for building exceptional quality new homes. In 2007, Neilcorp was a finalist for the much sought after Tarion Award of Excellence in Customer Service.
